1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AdaptUs Group Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software, agents, and infrastructure.

2. Service Usage & Restrictions

Our services are intended for professional and enterprise use. You agree not to use our sovereign technology for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering our proprietary AI agent architectures.
• Attempting to bypass security protocols on our Managed IT infrastructure.
• Uploading malicious payloads to our automation pipelines.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, architectures, AI training methodologies, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of AdaptUs Group Inc. However, any data processed through our sovereign systems remains the exclusive property of the Client.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdaptUs Group Group be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AdaptUs Group's website, even if AdaptUs Group or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
